Joshua Aaron Fishman, o tanben popularament Shikl Fishman (en yiddish: שיקל פֿישמאַן[1] ; Filadèlfia, 18 de julh de 1926Nòva York, 1 de març de 2015) foguèt un lingüista american. Especializat en sociologia del lengatge, planificacion lingüistica, educacion bilinga, e lenga e etnicitat, desvolopèt e popularizèt lo concèpte de diglossia elaborat inicialament pel lingüista Charles A.
